Where's my order?
After your order has been initially placed, you should receive a confirmation email. You will receive an additional email with shipping information and a tracking number once your order is ready to begin transit. In the meantime, give us up to 10 days to process your order. If you don't hear from us in between, rest assured we're hard at work!
Why can't I get my bottle open?
Our syrup is cooked at high temperatures and then naturally cooled to bring you the delicious taste we pride ourselves on. Naturally, this causes the sugars inside to crystalize from the process and may make it harder to loosen the cap when opening the bottle for the first time. If this happens to you, simply run the cap under hot water for a few minutes and try opening it again.
