OUR STORY
Located in Chester, Massachusetts at the foot of The Berkshires, 995-foot Gobble Mountain overlooks the west branch of the Westfield River. Hikers, sometimes joined by bobcats, fox, and coyotes, flock to the scenic trails to experience the stunning views of the valley below. With the inspiration that the land gives us, we bring to you the most exquisite syrup on the market.
Our syrup is made just down the road from where our family lives in North Stonington, Connecticut. All of the honey used in the production of the syrup comes from a local apiary, HoneyandBeeyond, that harvests throughout Southeastern Connecticut. Every ingredient used is responsibly sourced and from the United States.

THE STORY OF THE TURKEY
When people think of the turkey, what comes to mind is harvest season and Thanksgiving. While this is true, there is a deeper meaning to how the turkey symbolizes festivities and life.
As you know, Gobble Mountain Elderberry Co. likes to go the extra mile. We took something beneficial for your health and made it taste delicious. We started with the basic syrup ingredients and added five more. That being said, we took what you know of the turkey and went one step further.
Spirit animals are lessons or messages that come in the form of an animal, alerting someone that guidance is near. The founders at Gobble Mountain Elderberry Co. are holistic in every sense, and with that, we listen to Mother Nature and what she has to teach us.
As a feminine spirit animal, the turkey comes as a symbol of abundance. She encourages you to continue to feed and nurture the relationships between self and world, specifically the one in which you surround yourself. She asks us to focus less on materialistic objects and more on cultivating a deep harmony with Mother Earth and all she provides us.
Along with that, she comes with a warning to take only what you can give back. Much like the turkey as a spirit animal, Gobble Mountain Elderberry Co. believes our products are only as good as our process and the resources that make it happen. Using only the very best all-natural, all-organic ingredients is our way of honoring Mother Earth with our product.
